WCAG 2.1 AA

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Conformance level

This website is designed to conform to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA. Our goal is for every product we design and deliver to meet the same standard.

What's covered

  • Semantic HTML and a correct heading hierarchy.
  • Color contrasts that meet AA (dark accents on dark backgrounds become lighter).
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
  • Alt text on images and aria-labels on icon-only buttons.
  • Respect for the 'prefers-reduced-motion' preference — motion is disabled.

Known limitations

Third-party content (e.g. embedded booking services) may not be fully under our control. We continuously work to improve accessibility and fix issues that are identified.

Legal framework

An Accessibility Statement is mandatory for public-sector bodies and their digital assets (EU Directive 2016/2102 and its national transposition). For every app we deliver to such a body, we prepare the corresponding statement as part of the deliverable.

Report a problem

If you run into an accessibility barrier, email us at hello@nousoperations.com. We'll respond and try to fix it as soon as possible.
