Conformance level

This website is designed to conform to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA. Our goal is for every product we design and deliver to meet the same standard.

What's covered

• A clear page and heading structure that screen readers can follow.
• Colour contrast that meets level AA.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible marker of where you are.
• Descriptions on images and labels on icons.
• Respect for your device's “reduce motion” setting: animations stop.

Known limitations

Third-party content (such as embedded booking services) may not be fully under our control. We keep improving accessibility and fix any issues we find.

Legal framework

An Accessibility Statement is required for public-sector bodies and their websites and apps (EU Directive 2016/2102 and its national transposition). For every app we deliver to a public body, we prepare the matching statement as part of the project.
