Clubs run on paper, Excel and group chats: attendance, membership fees, health cards, announcements, all scattered. Parents, coaches and the club office each need different things from the same system.
The goal: one app for many clubs, with each club's data kept fully separate, in Greek and English, with attendance that works offline and notifications on your phone.
One app, three roles
A screen for every role
Parent or athlete, coach and admin: each one starts on their own home screen, with what they need right in front of them.
QR attendance
Quick attendance taking (present, absent, late) that works offline too, by scanning the athlete's card.
Schedules and messages
Training, games, reporting an absence in one tap, club and team announcements, chats.
Many clubs, two languages
Many clubs in the same app, each with its data kept separate, in Greek and English, with notifications on your phone.
