Clubs run on paper, Excel and group chats: attendance, subscriptions, health cards, announcements — all scattered. Parents, coaches and admins each need different things from the same system.
The goal: one native app, multi-tenant (many clubs, fully isolated), bilingual, with offline attendance and push notifications.
One app, three roles.
A screen per role
Parent/Athlete, Coach and Admin — each starts on their own home, with what they need up front.
QR attendance
Fast check-in (present/absent/late) that works offline, scanning the athlete's card.
Schedule & messages
Trainings, matches, one-tap absence, club & squad announcements, chat.
Multi-tenant & bilingual
Many clubs in one app with full isolation, Greek/English and native push notifications.
